Key Responsibilities
* Analyze clients’ skin and document findings to determine appropriate treatments.
* Administer skin treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
* Recommend suitable skincare products and routines based on the client’s needs and clinic’s offerings.
* Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene and sanitation, ensuring treatment areas and equipment are sterilized after each use.
* Keep detailed records of clients’ skin history and treatments provided.
* Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies in dermatology.
* Provide support in sales through effective product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related skincare field.
* Valid license to practice as a skin therapist or esthetician, as required by regional law.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dermatology clinics, medispas, or cosmetic centers is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, focusing on empathy and professionalism.
