- Room Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and polish furniture in rooms and public areas.
- Sanitization: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to meet hygiene standards.
- Linen & Bed Management: Make beds, change linens daily or upon request, and handle soiled laundry.
- Replenishment: Stock restrooms and rooms with toiletries, towels, soap, and other guest supplies.
- Waste Removal: Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Maintenance Reporting: Promptly identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., broken bulbs, broken fixtures) to supervisors.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests courteously, including delivering
