The Data Entry Executive at 7eventzz is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across the company's internal systems. The role involves entering and verifying customer orders, decoration details, vendor information, pricing, inventory, and other operational data while ensuring high accuracy. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into the company ERP/CMS accurately.
- Update decoration packages, products, pricing, and service details.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and order databases.
- Verify data before submission to minimize errors.
- Upload and organize product images and descriptions.
- Update inventory and stock records as instructed.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for data corrections.
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Perform regular data audits and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation whenever required.
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer applications.
- Familiarity with internet browsing and online data management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry or back-office operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
