We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee and align delivery activities across three global teams (US, Philippines, and India). This role requires strong technical project management skills, experience in Oracle service delivery/support, and proven ability to manage cross-country collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and effective communication across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across US, PH, and IN teams, ensuring alignment of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Act as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing Oracle service delivery initiatives and providing structured support.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership across multiple geographies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support compliance and governance by aligning delivery processes with organizational standards.
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps.
- Drive collaboration across functional and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Coordinate delivery between teams in up to 3 regions across time zones (US, PH, IN)
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator, Technical Project Manager, or similar role in Oracle service delivery/support.
- Interpret Oracle Fusion Redwood assessment and contribute to roadmap & workplan.
- Works closely with Product Owners and technical team leaders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
