Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for coordinating and handling all the Maintenance department responsibilities.
Skills/ Responsibilities:
- Should have handled a HMC, VTL, VMC and CNC machine shop independently.
- Handling the complete maintenance department including mechanical, electrical, electronic department.
- Responsible for preventive, predictive maintenance.
- Handling breakdown.
- Repairing mechanical, electrical, electronics issues.
- All types of troubleshooting in maintenance related issues.
- TPM implementation knowledge, planning of pm schedule, 5S.
- Knowledge of procurement of maintenance related spares.
- Required knowledge of fault finding of electronic maintenance.
- Modify ladder diagram and logic diagram of machine controls.
- Good experience in Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi system.
- Analysis of breakdown.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- The ability to travel as necessary.
- Willing to settle in Ahmednagar/Supa.
