Technical Compliance Officer – Spinning Unit

Job Purpose
To manage technical compliance activities in the spinning unit by ensuring adherence to customer standards, certification requirements, transaction certificate procedures, and quality systems while coordinating effectively with marketing, operations, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with customer standards, industry regulations, and technical specifications
- Handle transaction certificate procedures and compliance documentation
- Monitor compliance related to cotton, organic cotton, PCI, Egyptian cotton, fabric, and traceability requirements
- Coordinate technical audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Quality & Process Control
- Monitor quality parameters across spinning and fabric-related operations
- Ensure adherence to buyer requirements and process standards
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions
Customer & Team Coordination
- Handle customer communication related to technical compliance and certifications
- Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and production teams
- Support smooth execution of customer requirements and audit readiness
- Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder coordination
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain compliance records, audit reports, SOPs, and certification documents
- Prepare compliance MIS reports and track CAPA closure status
- Ensure proper maintenance of technical and testing records
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of cotton, organic cotton, PCI, Egyptian cotton, and fabric standards
- Good understanding of transaction certificate procedures and compliance systems
- Hands-on exposure in customer handling and technical coordination
- Strong team coordination skills with marketing and operations departments
- Good knowledge of textile quality systems, audits, and documentation
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in spinning or textile industry
- Strong exposure in technical compliance, certifications, and customer audits
- Experience handling export-oriented customer requirements preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile / Engineering / Science
- Certifications in Quality / Compliance preferred
