Job Description
Edwin Incorporation is looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.
We have opportunities available for both Work From Office and Work From Home candidates. However, candidates must be available to attend an in-person interview as part of the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Update customer and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and payment follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Submit regular work and performance reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, inside sales or customer acquisition.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, email, WhatsApp and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently following up with customers.
- Candidates applying for Work From Home should have a proper computer/laptop, internet connection and suitable working environment.
Work Options
Work From Office: Candidates can work from our Nehru Place, New Delhi office.
Work From Home: Suitable candidates may be offered a remote working opportunity based on their profile, experience, interview and management approval.
Important: Work From Home applicants are also required to attend the in-person interview. Final work mode will be confirmed by the company during the selection process.
