Work you'll do
As a(n) Associate Services Specialist I, Asset Lifecycle IT Services on the CXO team, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering technical support through the ITS walk-up experience, including in-person, phone, and email support for incidents and service requests.
- Supporting hardware, software, and mobile devices, including configuration, deployment, activation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Installing and configuring firm-standard images on laptops and desktops and performing asset management and tracking activities.
- Supporting office technology operations, including audio/video conference equipment, video conferencing systems, printer support, and workstation administration in Active Directory.
- Documenting issues, resolutions, asset transactions, and service activities in accordance with established processes, policies, and service level targets.
- Collaborating with infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users to support local technology needs and after-hours emergency coverage on a rotational basis.
The team
CXO team is proud to be part of Deloitte’s Information Technology Support Services spread across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata and Chennai. This team is responsible for accomplishing various Technology support tasks at the ITS walk-up to deliver world class Technology support. This team takes care of new hire laptop setup, End of Lease activity, PDA support, Printer support & VC support at local offices.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or another engineering degree
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience supporting Zoom, Windows, and macOS environments
- Experience supporting mobile devices, hardware, and software
- Experience supporting video conferencing, audio/video, or telephony equipment
- Experience performing technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Experience using or administering Active Directory
Preferred:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification
- A+ or Network+ certification
- Dell or HP certification
- Knowledge of network or systems security
