* Experience in ERP implementation & management
* Knowledge of Google Suite/Workspace administration
* Website development and maintenance
* Knowledge of basic HTML
* UTM maintenance & management
* Knowledge of advanced Excel. Working knowledge of Ms-Office
* Manage network servers and technology tools
* LAN/WAN/WiFi Network maintenance and troubleshooting
* Experience with Active Directory, Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, and File Servers
* User Management & bulk account creation
* Bulk OS cloning
* OS installation/upgrade
* Database maintenance, backup and restore.
* Install and configure software and hardware
* L2/L3 Network switch configuration and maintenance
* CCTV infrastructure/network maintenance and troubleshooting
* Helpdesk — Maintaining the flow of user requests/requirements through ticketing system
* Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and outages
* Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls (UTM)
* Upgrade systems with new releases and models
* Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
* Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent communication skills
* BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
10 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
