Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an Office Assistant. In this role, the Office Assistant will handle administrative tasks such as phone communication, clerical work, and managing office equipment. The responsibilities also include supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The role demands multitasking and attention to detail to ensure smooth office functioning.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative proficiency, including Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and organizational abilities
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interaction
- Experience with Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent education; additional qualifications in office management are a plus
