Job Description – Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Maharashtra and Odisha regions.
- Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Marathi and/or Odia language is mandatory.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables, or related industries.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
