About the Role
Pilani Public School is looking for a creative and detail-oriented DTP Operator to design and prepare high-quality educational and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills and experience in print-ready layouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design worksheets, question papers, certificates, report cards, brochures, flyers, banners, and school magazines.
- Create social media creatives and promotional materials.
- Edit and format school documents, notices, and newsletters.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate layouts and formatting.
- Coordinate with the printing team for quality output.
- Maintain brand consistency across all school publications.
Qualifications
- Diploma in DTP, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with exceptional design skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of print production and file preparation.
- Basic photo editing and image enhancement.
- Good typing skills in English (knowledge of Telugu/Hindi typing is an added advantage).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
