Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the retail distribution network across the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
- Increase product visibility, availability, and market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3–8 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in retail sales of soya products (Soya Chunks, TVP, Soya Bari, Soya Foods, or similar category).
- Experience in distributor handling, channel sales, and retail market development.
- Strong understanding of the Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh FMCG market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
