Restaurant Captain
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations to ensure excellent guest service.
- Lead and guide service staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and SOPs.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Take orders when required and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Monitor food and beverage service to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.
- Train, motivate, and support stewards and service staff.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Coordinate reservations, special requests, and group bookings.
- Assist in upselling menu items and promoting restaurant offerings.
- Monitor billing accuracy and assist with cash handling procedures when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
