Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and basic knowledge of solar products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for solar products and services
- Meet residential and commercial customers to explain solar solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the technical team for installation and project execution
- Maintain sales reports and customer records
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and renewable energy
- Good presentation and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred
Qualification
- B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / EEE / Related Field
- Candidates from Sales background can also apply
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales preferred
- Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
