I, Ansh Kaushal, helps startups and businesses build SaaS products, internal tools, business automation systems, dashboards, AI integrations, and custom software solutions.
I am looking for a Lead Generation Partner to identify and qualify potential clients who may require software development services.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial discovery conversations
- Understand client requirements and business objectives
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and SWRK™
- Maintain records of lead activity and communication
What I Handle
- Technical discussions
- Project estimation
- Proposal creation
- Contract negotiation
- Project delivery
- Ongoing project management
Compensation
- 20% commission on successful project payments received from referred clients
- Commission is paid after client payments are received and cleared
- No earning cap
- Typical project values start from ₹50,000+
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, business development, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and organized
- Familiarity with software services is a plus for requirement gathering
Note
This is a strict commission based role, with no fixed salary. You will be compensated based on the size of the project that you bring in. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with this compensation model.
