We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the relevant department
Call Handling
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about courses and services
- Transfer calls or take messages as required
- Maintain call logs and follow-up records
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor records and basic documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support the admissions/counseling team with basic coordination
- Manage and maintain vendor data and coordinate for admin supplies.
Student Interaction
- Provide basic course information and guide students
- Ensure a positive first impression of the institute
- Coordinate with counselors for lead handover
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Multitasking and organizational skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in Front Desk / Reception / Customer Service roles
- Prior experience in education institutes or service industry is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
