Job Title: Research & Development (R&D) Executive
Location: Sri Velavan Agro, Trichy
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative R&D Executive to support product development, quality improvement, and innovation in food products. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, conduct research, and contribute to the development of healthy and value-added food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on new food products, ingredients, and market trends.
- Develop and improve existing products based on customer feedback and market requirements.
- Perform product trials, testing, and evaluations.
- Prepare formulations and maintain R&D records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in new product launches and process improvements.
- Analyze competitor products and recommend innovative ideas.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage.
