1. Construction Department [Engineer & Store supervisor]
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and architects for smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality of work, materials, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain daily work reports, material logs, and manpower records.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
- Verify and approve measurements and bills raised by contractors.
- Coordinate with the procurement and accounts teams for material requirements and billing.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per management directions.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Sound understanding of RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic site documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site challenges and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and site compliance.
- Experience in vendor management and quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
