Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote our chit fund schemes, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing members. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's chit fund schemes.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Explain the features and benefits of various chit schemes to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active subscribers.
- Assist customers with documentation and account opening formalities.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, NBFC, insurance, or chit funds.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Preferred
- Experience in chit funds, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or insurance sales.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
