About the Role
We are looking for Digital Marketing Interns who can support MOI Technology’s online presence across social media, review platforms, community platforms, and other digital channels.
This role is suitable for someone who is interested in learning digital marketing, customer communication, content support, reputation management, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor social media comments, messages, reviews, and online mentions.
- Support the team in handling platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and other online communities.
- Track customer feedback, comments, and common queries from digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the internal team for important customer issues or escalations.
- Help in creating captions, content ideas, and basic marketing communication.
- Assist in posting and managing social media content.
- Research trending topics related to gold, silver, savings, finance, and digital gold.
- Track competitor activities, offers, reviews, and content ideas.
- Maintain simple daily/weekly reports on platform activity and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Good written communication skills.
- Interest in digital marketing and brand building.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and Instagram/Facebook will be an advantage.
- Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
