Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer Trainee
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting desktop, network, and hardware issues
OS installation and system configuration
Domain joining and BitLocker management
Outlook setup and support
VPN client and antivirus installation
Printer and peripheral support
Maintain documentation and report recurring issues
Knowledge required:
Troubleshooting, hardware, and networking will be preferred
Qualification:
B.tech, BCA and MCA preferred only
