Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B sales of industrial safety products & heavy machinery equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct industry visits and building strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Sales Heads, and Directors.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
- Prior experience in selling industrial safety products & heavy machinery equipment is mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of industrial safety products and their applications.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct visits to industries and manufacturing units.
- Generate leads by meeting HR Managers, Sales Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement Teams, and Company Directors.
- Promote and sale a range of industrial safety products / heavy machinery equipment to corporate and industrial clients.
- Team handle & Develop a strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company policies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
