Position: Admission CounselorKey Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission-related calls.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Explain fee structures, scholarship programs, and course benefits.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission activities.
- Conduct counseling sessions, campus visits, and online admission support.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu will be an added advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in education counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
