Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Business Analyst with Wealth Management Domain! In this role we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Wealth Management domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams ensuring that requirements are well captured documented and translated into effective solutions. This role involves working on end-to-end Target Operating Models client onboarding processes product lifecycle management and compliance with entity-specific tax obligations. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to gather analyze and document requirements. - Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BR Ds) to support NEPAL BPC drafting Policies and Procedure updates. - Contribute to the design and operationalization of business processes within Wealth Management. - Partner with technology teams to deliver complex cross-functional solutions across multiple business areas and geographies. - Support the full product lifecycle including onboarding tax compliance and operational readiness. - Ensure accuracy attention to detail and timely delivery of all outputs. - Manage requirements testing and delivery within fast-paced project environments. - Provide clear communication and adapt messaging to different levels of seniority. - Should have excellent documentation and writing skills will need to prepare documentation. - Should be able to explain the business requirements to the technical team walk them through the requirements and hand hold them if needed. - Should have experience in launching any online platforms in their previous work experience.
