Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record of hiring Sales Executives, Business Development Associates (BDA), Team Leaders (TL), and Sales Managers. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, BDAs, Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and other business roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in hiring Sales Executives, BDA, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers is mandatory.
- Experience in the real estate industry (preferred).
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent English and Hindi Preffered.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking sheets.

- Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
