Roles & Responsibility

The company wants someone senior to set up and lead their channel partner & sourcing division.

The role is about building a strong network of channel partners (CPs), corporate clients, and other alternative sources that can bring in property sales.

You will design the team structure (hiring managers & executives), create incentive plans for CPs, and run events, training, and loyalty programs to keep CPs engaged.

You’ll also need to personally manage top CPs and corporates to generate quick business.

A big part of the job is making sure at least 50–70% of sales come through this channel.

Requirements

Success will be measured by how much sales your CP network generates, number of active CPs, new corporate tie-ups, and CP satisfaction.

The company is looking for someone with 12–15 years in real estate sales, and at least 5 years of leading CP/Sourcing teams at a big developer.

You should have a strong CP network in Ahmedabad/Gujarat, proven ability to grow sales through CPs, and strong leadership/relationship skills.
