Company Overview
Design Atelier is a premier design firm dedicated to crafting impactful spatial experiences. We believe that every room tells a story, and we are looking for a visual storyteller to help us translate our physical designs into a compelling digital narrative. We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our studio and elevate our global digital presence.
Role Summary
The Social Media Executive will own our brand’s online identity. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of on-site art direction, high-end content creation, and strategic community management. You will be responsible for capturing the soul of our projects on-site and transforming that raw beauty into polished, high-performing digital content.
Note: This position might require regular travel to various client sites and project locations for content capture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Storytelling & Art Direction

- Design & Post-Production: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom) to produce stunning visual assets that align with our firm’s aesthetic.
- Video Mastery: Edit engaging, high-energy Reels and short-form video content that highlights our design process and material palettes.
2. Strategic Social Management
- Platform Ownership: Lead the end-to-end coordination of Instagram (Stories, Reels, Feed) and explore emerging platforms relevant to the design industry.
- Content Architecture: Maintain a robust, curated content calendar that ensures a consistent and sophisticated brand voice.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor design, architecture, and digital trends to keep Design Atelier at the forefront of the industry conversation.
3. Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party PR and Marketing partners.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with external agencies to provide raw content, social insights, and performance metrics.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all external marketing efforts are visually and tonally aligned with the firm’s standards.
4. Digital Administration
- Workflow Management: Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace for project tracking, scheduling, and asset organization.
- Reporting: Track and analyze social analytics to measure campaign success and pivot strategies based on data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-1 years in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing (experience in Architecture, Interiors, or Luxury brands is a major plus).
- The Creative Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Experience with mobile or desktop video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- The Admin Toolkit: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be comfortable interviewing designers and interacting with high-net-worth clients on-site.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio or curated social feed demonstrating a refined eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
