2. Contribute to marketing & branding efforts to meet strategic objectives
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the school’s reputation and
raise awareness of the brand amongst relevant stakeholders
Ensure adequate prospectuses are available to the team in a timely manner
Newspapers ads, social media, and other channels to be utilized efficiently for
maximum reach to target audience

3. Team management
Motivating and guiding the admission counsellors at schools
Training school admission team in protocols, brand guidelines and processes so
that exceptional advice and customer service is offered to parents
Getting involved in interaction with parents as required to solve issues, garner
feedback and using those suggestions/ ideas for further improvement

4. Data management and reporting
Be the custodian of all data relating to admissions and retention
Track and analyse relevant data (geographical location of visitors, enquiries,
registrations etc.) to aid in forecasting and planning.

Experience and Qualification
Essential Desirable
Graduate and Min 10 - 15 years of work
experience, at least 5 years of which should
be in handling school admissions at a senior
