Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and project teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor quality of civil construction work and ensure proper execution.
- Track site progress and report updates to senior engineers/project managers.
- Assist with measurements, quantity estimation and material requirements.
- Check materials and workmanship at various stages of construction.
- Maintain basic site documentation, reports and records.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day site and construction-related issues.
- Ensure safety practices and site procedures are followed.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 0–1 year of experience in civil construction or site engineering. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel to different construction sites across Thiruvananthapuram.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram or nearby areas are preferred.
