Job Summary
Edvelup is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Malayalam-speaking Academic Counselors to help students choose the right courses and career paths. This is a sales-focused role where you will interact with prospective students, understand their learning needs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Contact and counsel students who have shown interest in our courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Provide a positive experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Eligibility :
- Experienced candidates with graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers with MBA graduates can apply.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with students over phone and online meetings.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
