Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Creo to join our engineering team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical design knowledge, experience in 3D modeling and detailing, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using Creo.
- Develop and modify mechanical components based on customer and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with GD&T, DFM, and DFA principles.
- Perform tolerance stack-up and basic engineering calculations.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, engineering documentation, and design revisions.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams for design implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and implement feedback.
- Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design using Creo.
- Strong knowledge of Creo Parametric (Part, Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Drafting).
- Good understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in BOM creation and Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR).
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
