Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our logistics, inventory, and operations team. The ideal candidate should have excellent MS Excel skills, strong coordination abilities, and a keen eye for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock movement and support inventory reconciliation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and update MIS reports for inventory and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material movement and operational updates.
- Support dispatch planning and track deliveries with field teams and transporters.
- Maintain store-related documentation and ensure proper record management.
- Update and manage operational data using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
- Assist in handling inward and outward material documentation, including GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Challans, and dispatch records.
- Support daily coordination between the Store, Logistics, Procurement, and Site Teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of logistics, inventory, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of operational documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and project teams to ensure smooth material movement.
- Perform other operational and coordination tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and data management.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, and store operations.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, operations, warehouse coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in inventory management, dispatch coordination, or logistics documentation will be an added advantage.
