Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and scalable growth for SunWindow through paid digital channels.
This role is for someone who understands performance deeply — not just campaign setup, but the entire funnel from creative testing to lead quality and conversion efficiency.
You will own paid acquisition across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram, while continuously optimizing campaigns, budgets, creatives, and funnels for measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage campaigns, think commercially, move fast with data, and build systems that consistently generate high-quality leads.
Background
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns independently.
- Strong experience running Meta and Google Ads at meaningful scale.
- Experience in categories where customer decisions happen online through content, ads, and funnel nurturing.
- Prior exposure to premium, lifestyle, home décor, architecture, interiors, wellness, or high-consideration consumer categories is preferred.
What You Will OwnA. Paid Growth & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Drive high-intent lead acquisition while maintaining efficiency across the funnel.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Lead Quality
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Build and manage campaign structures aligned with business and revenue goals.
B. Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-backed optimization decisions.
- Analyze audience behavior, funnel drop-offs, and creative performance.
- Scale winning campaigns while identifying and reducing inefficiencies.
- Understand attribution, tracking, and conversion journeys across platforms.
C. Creative & Funnel Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to improve:
- Ad creatives
- Messaging
- Landing page performance
- Lead conversion quality
- Contribute to creative strategy by identifying high-performing hooks, formats, and messaging angles.
- Support full-funnel growth initiatives from awareness to qualified lead conversion.
D. Reporting & Insights
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards for campaign performance.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data and audience behavior.
- Track growth trends, campaign efficiency, and lead conversion metrics.
- Present clear performance summaries and recommendations to internal teams.
