We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele-caller to join our automobile service centre team. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting customers to schedule vehicle service appointments, follow up on pending services, promote service offers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Service reminders (periodic maintenance, due services)
Follow-up on previous service visits
Customer feedback collection
Promotion of service offers and campaigns
Booking service appointments
Providing service information and pricing details
Handling basic service-related queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
