- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments (housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Respond to guest feedback, reviews, and complaints in a timely and constructive manner.
- Oversee concierge and guest service programs to enhance guest experiences.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate staffing.
- Set pricing strategies for rooms, services, and packages to optimize revenue.
