- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is organized and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and office registers.
- Support administrative and back-office tasks as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
