Key Responsibilities:
· RFQ Processing: Analyze customer RFQs, identify product requirements, and issue requests to suppliers to gather necessary pricing and technical data.
· Quote Package (QP) Development: Prepare accurate costing and technical data sheets, incorporating feedback from the Key Account team and Team Lead prior to submission.
· Negotiation: Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to maximize value while ensuring quality.
· Logistics Planning: Analyze transport feasibility, calculate freight costs based on dimensions/destination, and select the optimal mode of shipment.
· Global Sourcing Compliance: Navigate international trade requirements, including understanding applicable tax laws and duties in various sourcing countries.
· Profitability & Savings: Ensure project-wise profitability targets are met and actively drive cost savings against the budget after contract award.
· Supplier Management: Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular assessments, and manage the onboarding of new suppliers.
· Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely delivery of goods, strictly adhere to Sourcing SOPs, and contribute to the improvement of procurement policies.

- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of international market sources and procurement basics. Especially for IT & electronic related items sourcing.
- Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to negotiate and build professional relationships with suppliers.

- Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure.
