JOB DESCRIPTION
We are on the lookout for a Reservations Executive for managing reservations inquiries and bookings for our exclusive villas.
ROLE
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms from potential guests interested in booking our villas.
- Manage OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip among others
- Provide detailed information about our villa offerings, amenities, and services to prospective guests.
- Utilise strong persuasive skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and special packages to maximise revenue while meeting guests' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences in our reservation system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth check-in and pre-arrival commitments and arrangements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and guest feedback to optimise sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to attract more bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during guests' stays.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in reservation management, including at least 1 year specifically in villa operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hospitality or travel-related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to influence guest decisions.
- Familiarity with channel management software and online booking platforms including AirBnB
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
