Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.
Achieve sales targets and promote salon services.
Handle appointments, inventory, cash, and daily reports.
Maintain hygiene standards and oversee smooth salon operations.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS).
Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
