About the Role
We are looking for a creative, performance-driven and hands-on social media & Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage the company’s complete digital presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling social media management, Meta & Google Ads, video editing, and reel/content creation.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media marketing.
- Excellent video editing and reel-making skills.
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop or similar.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
- Strong creative sense with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/fashion environment.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a one-person digital marketing resource who can independently manage:
Social Media → Content Creation → Reel Making → Video Editing → Meta Ads → Google Ads → Analytics & Reporting
