Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand Salary) per month, based on experience and competency
Luna Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Keeper / Store Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material handling, stock control, and store administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
- Prepare Purchase Orders as per store requirements and approved procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain inventory records in computer systems and physical registers.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock reports, and inventory MIS.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, storage practices, and safety standards within the store.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory items.
- Manage vendor deliveries, material documentation, and record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in Stores, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or related functions.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
