- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application efficiency and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing cloud-based packaged applications to meet business needs.
- Experience working with APIs and integration tools to connect SaaS applications with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to streamline application development and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system performance and stability.
- Excellent understanding of release management and version control in cloud environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
