AR Properties Hub is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Supervisor to lead sales operations, supervise field teams, and drive property sales across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide field sales executives and telecalling teams.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct property site visits with prospective customers.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing and management to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Team Supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (preferred).
- Proficiency in Telugu; English and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
