Job Description
An Administrative Executive is responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
●Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents.
●Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
●Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
●Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
●Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
●Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
●Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
●Maintain employee attendance records and administrative databases.
●Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
●Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
●Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications
●Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
●Proven experience in administration or office management (preferred).
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
●Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,091.56 - ₹32,483.02 per month
