- Identify potential clients through market research and field visits to shops, residential projects, builders, and developers.
- Fix appointments and schedule meetings with clients to pitch company services and solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to residential communities, commercial spaces, and construction sites to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, architects, and project managers.
- Promote company offerings and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through field activity and convert them into successful business deals.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market intelligence to the internal team for strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, and client interactions using CRM or reporting tools.
- Meet monthly targets for new client acquisition and business growth through proactive field engagement.
- Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
