Graphic Designer for Printer Guys Inc.
We are a Canadian printing, laser, and CNC company. We are looking for a full-time graphic designer in India.
This job is for someone who has good common sense, thinks carefully, and can understand instructions properly. We need someone who can notice mistakes, ask good questions, and solve simple problems without needing help every time.
Main Work
- Create and edit files in Adobe Illustrator
- Edit images in Adobe Photoshop
- Prepare files for printing, laser cutting, and CNC work. Specific printing, laser cutting, and CNC guidance can be provided by the company.
- Design simple websites or user interfaces when needed
- Check sizes, spelling, alignment, colours, and file quality
- Work with both metric and imperial measurements
- Talk to Canadian clients by call, message, or email
- Understand client needs and ask questions when something is not clear
- Keep files clean and properly organized
- Complete work on time
Skills We Need
- Good skills in Adobe Illustrator
- Good skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Basic UI/UX knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable talking to Canadian clients
- Able to work with millimetres, centimetres, inches, and feet
- Good common sense and thinking skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work on your own
- Willing to learn new things
Experience That Is Helpful
Experience with printing, signage, laser cutting, engraving, CNC, packaging, or website design is helpful, but not required.
Who Should Not Apply
Please do not apply if:
- You have more experience with Canva or Affinity than with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- You have more experience with Adobe Express than with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- You mainly use template-based design tools and do not have strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills
