Job Description
Plan B Travels is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to travel booking enquiries and assist clients with tour packages.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Provide accurate travel information and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a telecaller, travel consultant, or customer support executive.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages is an added advantage.
