Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Education sector.
- Promote and sell ERP and SaaS solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in Education ERP or SaaS Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
