- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including ducting and AHUs
- Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications for site execution
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams for smooth project progress
- Ensure installation of clean room HVAC systems as per ISO/GMP standards
- Monitor air filtration systems (HEPA/ULPA), pressure differentials, temperature, and humidity control
- Oversee fabrication and installation of GI/SS ducting with proper routing, insulation, and supports
- Conduct duct leakage testing and ensure sealing quality
- Supervise installation, alignment, and commissioning of AHUs with proper duct, piping, and electrical connections
- Perform air balancing and ensure optimal system performance
- Monitor site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Verify material quality and quantities as per BOQ and specifications
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain documentation
- Support clean room validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Ensure project completion within budget and timelines
